Anticipating and Being Prepared for Competitive CHANGES.

During my entire career I have counseled my clients to recognize that the keys to successful strategic leadership is to focus on CUSTOMER first and COMPETITOR second and then to integrate what you learn from both.

In my book How to Gain (and Maintain) THE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE in Business, I provided a number techniques and approaches that I have found useful in addressing competitive changes. I would like to summarize some of these approaches and demonstrate how they are so important into days changing world.
This book is not based on theory. It is based on experience and application. The techniques and concepts have been tested and have proven to be useful in improving strategies, developing strategic alternatives, and determining how to adapt to change.
The competitive advantage is a result of thinking, evaluating and hard work.
